This notice explains how The RND Group ("RND", "we", "us") handles information on this website: what our forms collect, the cookies and analytics the site uses, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you contact us. If you submit a form or request a consultation, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, work email, company, inquiry type, and message, along with basic context to route and understand the inquiry (the page URL, referrer, any UTM campaign parameters, and a random session identifier). We use this to respond to you and to improve how we handle requests.

Automatically, for analytics. We measure aggregate site usage (pages viewed, referrers, approximate region, device type) to understand traffic and improve the site. See Cookies & analytics below for exactly how, and how to control it.

Cookies & analytics

Cookieless by default. Our baseline analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) are cookieless, they set no cookies and do not track you across sites, so they run without a consent prompt. We also keep a first-party, cookieless record of pages visited within a session, and may infer the visiting organization from its IP address (company-level only, never an individual), to understand which companies our content reaches.

Google Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept cookies, we also load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (for example _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not load Google Analytics, and it sets no cookies, unless and until you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you decline, no Google Analytics request is made.

LinkedIn Insight Tag, only with your consent. If you accept cookies, we also load the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies to measure how our LinkedIn presence and campaigns reach professional audiences and to understand which organizations engage with the site. It loads no cookies and makes no LinkedIn request unless and until you choose "Accept." If you decline, it is never loaded.

Manage cookie preferences

Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not use tracking cookies to profile you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the site on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Vercel, website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Neon, the database where inquiries are stored.
• Resend, sends us the email notification of your inquiry.
• Cloudflare, Turnstile spam protection on forms.
• Google, Analytics (only with consent) and Calendar for scheduling calls.
• LinkedIn, the Insight Tag, for audience measurement and advertising (only with consent).

Data retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for a limited period.

Your choices & rights

You can decline analytics cookies at any time using the banner or the "Manage cookie preferences" control above. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take safeguarding your information seriously.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
